Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty,
please email me through the form below with photographs of the damage.

If you are unhappy with a product or dissatisfied within 14 days of your purchase I will be happy to give you a refund. To do this I ask that you please return the item in the original packaging and in good saleable condition along with a copy of your receipt. Items must be returned in an unused condition.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded. Always obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning an item, as you will be required to provide this if your parcel is not received for any reason. Exclusions to the refund policy include personalised items. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

I will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
